What prospective financial information does a bank need to obtain in order to finance my current account? What climate criteria does the bank use to define the cost of my financing? How long does it take the bank to normalise relations with a company that has recently been restructured? Am I paying the right price and the right tax costs for the financing I have, or should I switch to leasing?
These are examples of questions that Portuguese entrepreneurs ask and which this course aims to answer, adding to financial literacy the regulatory literacy that is changing the market and the relationship between banks and companies. Understanding the banking ecosystem, getting to grips with the requirements for access to this ecosystem, mastering the rationale for access to credit, and understanding its follow-up and pathologies will enable company financial managers to engage in a more informed dialogue with lenders, professionalising this relationship on the basis of mutual knowledge.
