With a degree in Marketing Management from IPAM and is a university lecturer specialising in Advertising and Digital Marketing. With experience spanning marketing, advertising and expedition leadership, he has led more than 150 expeditions in countries such as India, Nepal, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Serbia and Turkey. Highlights include three expeditions to Everest Base Camp, ascents of Kala Patthar (5,545m), Kilimanjaro (5,900m) and Island Peak (6,200m), as well as expeditions with National Geographic. His experience in demanding environments has led him to collaborate on leadership programmes and corporate events, where he designs tailored experiences for executives.

Chairman of Grupo Bernardo da Costa, a business conglomerate with a strong presence in the Portuguese market. An alumnus of the International MBA at Católica Porto Business School, he is also an Industry Fellow and a member of the School’s Societal Advisory Board. Under his leadership, Grupo Bernardo da Costa has implemented innovative practices, including the creation of Portugal’s first Department of Happiness in 2017. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade Lusíada and also serves as Honorary Consul of Kosovo.
Ricardo Cunha
Member of Faculty at Católica Porto Business School dedicated to the accounting and finance areas, with a special focus on risk management and auditing and assurance services, and Director of the Master's Degree in Auditing and Taxation. He holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance (Lancaster University) and an MSc in Finance (Católica Porto Business School). Ricardo was a visiting lecturer and researcher at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). He is also a partner in an audit firm and a consultant to several public and private entities.
