This short-term executive training programme is structured around a set of six modules that provide a complete and integrated view of the company. Its mission is to contribute to the development of personal skills for organisational modernisation and, following the latest innovative trends, enhance productivity gains through improvements in corporate governance structure.
It is an immersion programme, in which participants are removed from their normal working environment to attend each of the specific modules. Each module works intensively on a highly pragmatic basis.
It is addressed, in particular, to all individuals who hold professional positions in companies - whether integrated into policy or technical teams. To the extent that it emphasises the professional skills of participants, it is not required a university degree to candidates. This action values, particularly the professional experience and the integration of participants in a dynamic business environment open to change.
Generally, the content of each module was defined as having a standard line of guidance they need to motivate all resources within the company, enhancing its effectiveness and contributing to improved productivity and competitiveness. The syllabus and methodological approaches are geared to specific problems, primarily suited to the reality of the business and the contemporary challenges of globalisation. At the same time, each subject is also taken into account the skills and career paths of the respective participants.
